Working with Seth and The Uptown Groove from beginning to end was so easy. Seth is super organized- something you don't always find with musicians (sorry!) He asked all the right questions and consulted with us for music selection throughout the process. The pricing was very reasonable, considering they played for the ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner and reception. We didn't have to worry about a thing the whole day. Seth followed our timeline and consulted with us through out the evening to see if they could be doing anything differently. Seth worked with the coordinator on site as well as with catering so that timing went off perfectly, guests even commented about how smoothly things ran. Our guests raved about the music for our wedding, it seriously made all the difference. The vocalists are amazing, the saxophone player came into the crowd to show off for us, it was truly an incredible show. They made it a point to learn the song for our first dance and it was so special to us. There isn't anything I would change when it came to working with Seth and Uptown Groove - they were highly professional and willing to go above and beyond!

Uptown Groove made our 50th wedding anniversary celebration very special. We had a blast reliving our wedding memories. Uptown Groove is professional, personable and great musicians. They learned special song requests and also let our family and friends join them on stage to sing.  This was very special to us.  The price was extremely fair for the level of talent and service we received. The band had been recommended to us by a friend, so we reached out to them directly.  They were extremely responsive to our original email. The booking process was very easy, which was great for us because we had never booked a band before.  We highly recommend Uptown Groove for your special occasion. Or any occasion...

We had the absolute pleasure of having The Uptown Groove play at our wedding. Throughout the entire process, from the beginning of our correspondence to the end of the wedding reception, this group was exceptionally professional and courteous. Seth, the band leader, was very responsive to all my questions and made me feel very comfortable through what could have been a stressful process. The band learned a few songs by request, and they were each beautifully played on wedding day. They were very energetic and kept the dance floor packed the entire night. Our guests are still taking about them! Such a talented group of musicians. Would highly recommend them, and would definitely hire them again for holiday parties or my business' corporate events or anything where I might need a talented and flexible band!
